The payment in concept for the reservation of
safari services mentioned ran by our organization ,will imply the complete
conformity with and the validity of the following general conditions.
1. Safari prices:
They will be quoted in American dollars and they are
subjected to changes with no previous notice.
2. Safari Reservation:
To confirm a reservation in one of the safaris, it is
necessary to pay a deposit valued at 50% of the total price.
3.
Final Payments:
The final and complete payment should be completed before
beginning the safari.
4. Trophies fees and expenses to pay:
Cash American dollars are required. Travelers checks
are accepted, taking in count that 2% will be charged for exchange
expenses.
5. Game Wounded And Lost
Any game wounded by the hunter and lost, shall be pay in full as per
our trophy fees price list. Wounded game will be judged by the
professional hunter discretion. No blood sign will be necessary.
6. Cancellations:
Cancellations may be made up to fifteen (15) days in advance of the
planned outing with a cancellation fee of 30% of the total package price.
All cancellations made within fifteen (15) of the scheduled date will
result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the Safari. If
the hunter reschedules for a later date, a 15% rescheduling fee will be
incurred and the deposit will be reimbursed. Any full or partial days a
participant is absent from the Safari will be charged at the full daily
rate of the package for the number of days absent and the deposit will be
forfeited.
7. Prices include:
All road transports. Lodging in large and comfortable tents. Tents for
cooking, dining room, and restroom. All meals with drinks included during
the hunting period. Preparation of the hunting trophies in the fields. 4x4
all-track vehicles and boats organization of the hunting expeditions with
professional guides and interpreters. The trophies achieved.
8. Prices do not include:
Telephone call. Washing of clothes. Tips. Ammunitions. Personal hunting
equipment. Guns. Taxidermies, conservation and shipment of the hunted
animals. All of witch is considered as extra service. Luggage insurance.
Medical insurance and all items not duly specified are not included
either.
9. Modification:
The enterprise has the right to modify the hunting programs because of bad
weather conditions or any other cause that might hinder the achievement of
good results. (road breaking, strikes, namely demonstrations, etc.).
10. Services not used:
In case one of the programmed services is not used on the hunters own, no
money will be returned.
11. Baggage/Guns:
The organizer will not take responsibility for the loss or total or
partial damage of the baggage and or guns.
12. Nullification:
If, for any circumstance, the enterprise should nullify the departure of
one of the safaris, the hunters will have the only right to be returned
the money that paid but they will not be able to claim for damages.
13. Insurance
The clients are not covered by any kind of Safari Sud insurance. The
clients must obtain their own insurance in their country, protect
themselves of every risk in the hunt and other activities to develop
during the stay.
14. Responsibility:
Safari Sud and any agency supplier pursuant to or in connection with the
safari act as agent only and shall not be responsible or become liable for
any actions, omissions, loss, damage or injury to person or property by
reason of any event beyond the control and default of such agency and
supplier. All rates are based on currents tariffs and exchange rates in
effect at the time of the printing of this brochure are subjected to
adjustments without prior notification. The payment of the required
deposit or any partial or full payment means the consent to all provisions
and to the conditions listed in this brochure.
